These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Guild SPP services, including membership, the member hub, events, and any related deliverables. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
Membership
Membership is granted at our discretion based on the application and the Guild SPP code of conduct. Membership is annual and non-transferable.
Fees
Annual membership fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Guild SPP services lawfully, professionally, and in accordance with the code of conduct. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guild SPP's liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
